A Serious Skin Condition

Psoriasis is a serious skin disease that causes a lot of suffering.

It is stubborn but treatable and persistence is the key word here. It is not an overnight condition and will take some time to get under control. Watching what you eat can be an important factor in controlling psoriasis.

Psoriasis is a metabolic disease, which means that it affects the whole body and the body is saturated with toxins. To be eliminated, toxins must be eliminated by the liver, filtered by the kidneys, and leave the body either through the skin, urine, or intestines. They can also be reduced by exercise that causes the body to sweat and deep breathing of fresh air. In the case of psoriasis, the body is so toxic that the skin is deeply affected and itchy, leading to psoriasis in the long run.

To soothe psoriasis, it is important not to shower too much, as this will irritate psoriasis, even more, especially in hot showers. Also, don't use scented soaps on the area, as this will make the psoriasis itch even more and spread. However, mineral baths can be soothing for psoriasis, and seawater is good for affected areas, so swimming is good if the water is clear.

Emphasis should be placed on raw seeds and nuts, especially sesame, flax, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. Also, eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits. Cold-pressed vegetable oils such as sesame and linseed oil are also important. Also avoid citrus fruits, especially juices, but cranberry or apple juice is tolerable. If you are not prone to cavities or hate yogurt or cheese, you can have yogurt or natural cottage cheese for dessert without causing harm.

Remember that it is important to cleanse the liver with psoriasis, but do not start until you are sure that your intestines are working properly. There is no point in cleaning the liver into a clogged intestine that is not working. Boosting immunity is also important to help with psoriasis.
